How do I order a Lush Cake?
You can contact us by telephone or email to discuss your requirements and check availability.
For wedding cake orders, we recommend emailing us with your wedding date so that we can check availability and arrange your consultation.
How far ahead do I need to book my cake?
As each Lush Cake is made bespoke to your individual requirements, it is important to order as early as possible so that we can make the perfect cake for you. If you have your heart set on a Lush Cake, book it as early as possible to avoid disappointment!
What are your prices?
Because all of our cakes are priced individually by the complexity of their design, it is not possible to provide a price list.
However, as a rough guide, the price of an iced 8" round sponge, which serves about 24 people, starts from £45 and our cookies start from £1.25 (minimum order 12).
Do you provide sheet cakes? Yes we do. We have found these to be a very popular and cost effective way of feeding a large wedding or birthday party. Please note that we only provide sheet cakes in conjunction with a decorated wedding or other celebration cake. We do not provide sheet cakes separately.
Do you deliver?
All our cakes are boxed and delivered personally within the Greater London area for a flat fee of £20. Alternatively, you can collect your cake from us. For delivery outside of this area, please contact us to discuss.
Can I change my order?
Any alterations to the original order must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to an additional charge. Late changes to orders are often possible and every effort will be made to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.
What is your payment policy?
All cakes require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. We accept Paypal, cheque or cash. The balance is payable one week before the due date.
